Finally, after about one and half month, PlayStation Network have resumed its PSN services in Singapore today.
PSN online gameplay for PS3 and access to account management have already gone live and users can login to PSN. They only need to set a new password for their account to login, but other features like PlayStation Store will not come back online until end of this month.
The good news for me was that now I can signin to EA Server and play FIFA 11 online - If EA Servers are 100% ok. I hope EA fix the connection issues between the game and EA servers for FIFA 12.

Sometimes EA is down. Keep trying. Usually in peak hours is difficult to connect (8pm ~ 12am). But if you have problem with PSN connection, you better contact them, your account may be deleted, did you try to create new account?
