
There is a very simple and useful exercise to improve your memory. I tried this exercise before and I must say that it works!
This mental exercise is very simple. To do this exercise, you only need to review all the things you did, in bed before you fall asleep. You should start reviewing what you did from the morning to bed. Review in as much detail as you can.
This exercise also helps you to concentrate much better, to be more creative and visualize your thoughts, to think of the wrong things you have done and to fall asleep easier.
